Return & Refund Policy

At Calista Trendz, every jewellery product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. We follow a No Refund Policy on all purchases.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made through Calista Trendz are non-refundable.

Once an order has been confirmed and paid for, the amount paid will not be refunded in cash or returned to the original payment method, except where required by applicable law.

2. Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • The wrong product

  • A product with missing items/accessories

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, Calista Trendz may provide a replacement of the product, subject to availability and approval.

No monetary refund will be provided.

3. Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for replacement:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.

  • Original packaging, tags and accessories must be retained.

  • Customers should provide clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

  • An unboxing video is strongly recommended for damaged or incorrect orders.

  • The product must not have been altered, repaired or damaged after delivery.

4. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or provide refunds simply because the customer:

  • Changed their mind

  • Does not like the product after receiving it

  • Ordered the wrong size/design

  • Found the product different from their personal expectations

  • No longer wants the product

5. Sale & Promotional Products

Products purchased under sale, clearance, combo, coupon, promotional or special offers are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, unless otherwise specifically mentioned with the offer.

6. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation may not be available.

If the order has already been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Exchange

Exchange, where offered, is subject to Calista Trendz's approval and product availability. Exchange does not mean that the customer is entitled to a cash or payment-method refund.

8. How to Report an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

9. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with Calista Trendz, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy and the applicable terms mentioned above.

Calista Trendz reserves the right to review and approve replacement requests based on the condition of the product and the circumstances of the complaint.
